Barbell SNATCH warm-up (No Measure)

3 rounds, barbell only (45/35/15)

working technique

~5 Snatch Grip deadlifts

~5 Snatch Grip bent over rows

~5 hang power Snatches

~5 Overhead Squats

~5 FULL Snatches

~5 good mornings

rest between each set

Movement Review

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

13 MIN E.M.O.M. OF:

~1 Power Snatch

~2 Overhead Squats

+1 Burpee each round (1-2-3-etc…)

RX 95lbs / 65lbs

Competitive RX 135lbs / 95lbs

1 Muscle Up per round in place of Burpee

**NOTE** WOD becomes an AMRAP (rounds) if you’re unable to complete the movements within time cap. Score is number of rounds completed. NOTE weight and rounds completed in comments if unable to complete.
