AS-RX:

Plate: 25lbs / 15lbs

KBS: 53lbs / 36lbs

RX-PLUS:

Plate: 35lbs / 25lbs

KBS: 70lbs / 53lbs

Russian Twist, Feet MUST be off of the ground for RX-PLUS.

NOTE: RX-PLUS may choose to carry heavier weighted KBS up to 90lbs. Note in comments.
