Monday-Thursday training hours:

5:00am to 6:00am / 6:30am to 7:30am / 7:30am – Skillz* / 8:30am to 9:30am / 5:30pm to 6:30pm /  6:30pm to 7:30pm 7:30pm to 8:30pm

Friday training hours:

5:00am to 6:00am /  6:30am to 7:30am /  7:30am – Skillz*

Saturday training hours:

9:00am to 10:00am

F.I.T. START Schedule

Monday-Thursday training hours:

10:00am to 11:00am

Olympic Lifting Schedule

Saturday training hours:

8:00am to 9:00am

*note: “Skillz” class is a coach led, skill based, class for enrolled CrossFit TBR clients.
