Overhead Squat

1 rep = 2 Power Snatches + 1 OHS with 3 second pause in the bottom.

Work up a heavy weight for the complex with proper form (this is not a max). Must be touch and go power snatches and the full 3 seconds in the bottom below parallel for the rep to count.
