Second day of Lurong! Many of you may be experiencing withdrawal symptoms (from sugar, from coffee) and will experience headaches in the afternoon. It is common and expected.

BTW. FitAid is a paleo, lurong challenge approved drink!

Warm-up

ANYTHING their little hearts desire….

STRENGTH

Front Squat (5 X 3 HAP front squat)

may start with lower weight to warm up, work progressively for heavier. 15 minutes

Metcon

Metcon (Time)

10 rounds for time

~10 wall balls (20/14)

~10 sit ups

~20 double unders

IF you do not have DU, then complete it as 20 singles….DU attempts count, however.
