Work on static (against the wall or free standing) or work on hand stand walks

For Time:

50 Strict Pull-Ups

*Each time you drop off the bar, 1 track lap immediately.

Scaled: (strict banded pullups or ring rows)

5 rounds for time:

10 Pull-Ups

1 Track Lap

For those with knee injuries, speak with the coach on duty on what to sub the run with.

Accessory

Y-T-Ws (2.5s or two full water bottles (plan ahead))
