“I was always very active when I was younger, but “life” managed to get in the way of my free time activities. One day a friend told me about the crazy workout he had just started. I didn’t hesitate. I called, signed up, and started two weeks later. It took me about two more weeks to really get going, but once I did, I never looked back. I love CrossFit; not just for the workouts, but, for the community as well. We are all family, and we are all in this together.
No one is interested in who is first to finish a WOD, or who is last; our only care is that we all get through the workout together as a team. I decided to take the step from Athlete to coach to help promote that community spirit through my coaching. I love to see the look in others faces when they suddenly do something that they thought couldn’t be done before. I love CrossFit, and I hope to see you at CrossFit TBR!”
