Chris has a B.S. in Sport Management with a Minor in Sport Science, is a Certified Strength and
Conditioning Coach through the National Strength & Conditioning Association. He is a Level 2
Coach for USA Weightlifting, CrossFit Level 1 certified, and is currently finishing up his
Master’s degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Sport Performance. Chris has been
training athletes of all levels and coaching weightlifting since 2013 in a variety of formats such
as small group training, team training, and 1-on-1 training and has been coaching CrossFit since
2017. He has experience working with athletes from a variety of sports including football,
basketball, baseball, softball, soccer, hockey, tennis, gymnastics, and swimming. His own
playing experience in sports includes basketball, soccer, hockey, cross country, track, and
baseball, and he continues to be involved in athletics by competing in the sport of weightlifting
which he was introduced to through CrossFit in 2012.
