Chris was introduced to CrossFit in the summer of 2012 and it opened up his world to a whole new realm of possibilities when it came to training. Chris has been training athletes of all levels and coaching weightlifting since graduating college in 2013. He has worked with athletes and general population in a variety of formats such as small group training, team training, and 1-on-1 training and has been coaching CrossFit since 2017. He has experience working with athletes from a variety of sports including football, basketball, baseball, softball, soccer, hockey, tennis, gymnastics, and swimming. His own playing experience in sports includes basketball, soccer, hockey, cross country, track, and baseball, and he continues to be involved in athletics by competing in the sport of weightlifting which he was introduced to through CrossFit in 2012.
