The Fundamentals class is broken into 4 separate 1 hour classes that briefly describe the 9 fundamental CrossFit movements, as well as other various CrossFit movements. The emphasis of the On-Ramp course is on skill development and exposure to our basic movements. It is designed to prepare you to enter our ongoing group classes. During the On-Ramp course we focus on technique both to ensure your safety and success at the next level. We will introduce you to technique and mechanics first, and then increase intensity.

Pricing: This class runs $25 dollars per 1 hour session for a total of 4 sessions to complete the course.
