Summer Youth Athletic Development

5-7th Grade Athletes (>10 years old)

Athletes will work on agility and change of direction skills through the use of drills and games that require them to incorporate game-like decision making. Youth Athletes will be taught technique for basic strength training movements in a safe and effective manner to build strength and improve performance. Athletes will also work on sprinting, acceleration, and learning proper landing and jumping mechanics through various drills and games.

Age for participation is 5-7th grade with a minimum age of 10 years old.

The program runs Monday through Friday at 9:45am for 1 hour from June 6th to August 5th, with no classes the week of July 4th. Participants are not required to be athletes but should be interested in a physical fitness program that will have them running, jumping, learning to lift, and playing games. The program will be split into 2, 4-week sessions and can be purchased individually or as a whole. Session 1 runs from June 6th to July 1st and Session 2 runs from July 11th to August 5th. The package options displayed are for unlimited class attendance. Class packages of 8 and 12 can be purchased and used for either Session 1 and/or 2 if attendance will be limited.
